How Long We Keep Your Information

Active Accounts
Your wheel history, preferences, and subscription information are stored while your account is active.
Inactive Accounts
If you do not log in or use Spinagle for more than 180 days, we may delete or anonymize your history and preferences.
Cancelled Subscriptions
If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for up to 180 days in case you decide to reactivate your account.
Billing and Legal Records
Payment-related information may be kept for a longer period (typically up to 7 years) as required by financial or tax regulations.
Additional Retention Periods
Support and operational logs (up to 12 months), analytics data (up to 26 months), and other legal/compliance records as required by law.
Important: Once data is deleted or anonymized, it cannot be restored.
User Control: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@spinagle.com. Upon verification, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where legally required, we treat GPC signals as an opt-out preference for applicable processing.
Subprocessors
Key service providers include: Firebase (Google), OpenAI, Stripe (if payments are enabled), and Google Analytics (if enabled). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
